What began with Mr. Billy Lê's passion for pizza has blossomed into a beloved family tradition. Two generation of the Lê family has dedicated three decades to perfecting the art of pizza-making, transforming it into an experience beyond just a meal. Our Ingredients
At our pizzeria, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients in every pizza we create. Our dough is carefully prepared over 48 hours, resulting in the perfect balance of crispiness and fluffiness. Our sauce, made from ripe, juicy tomatoes, adds the perfect balance of sweetness and tang.
